After adding an interactive, AI-based form filler to the forms web page this client saw an average of about 250 forms generated per month. With these successful results, the form filler was also added to the AI Assistant on the home page as well as site search and now interacts with end users to generate more than 3,000 forms each month. So far this year, 35,657 forms have been generated via an interactive form filler that guides end users through the process.
