About the role:
- Maintain SAAS application hosted in cloud environment (Rackspace and AWS)
- Perform general IT System Administrator duties
- Work as network or storage administrator
- Maintain Engineering and QA lab servers
- Support corporate LAN environment (user laptops/desktops)
- Works with Engineering on build installs to Beta/Production servers
- Works with remote monitoring team and attend weekly status meetings
- Interact with vendor and help team in integration of custom solutions
Pre-requisites:
- Information Systems college degree, or equivalent experience
- Team player
- Attention to details
- Good communication skills (English)
