Solution: We have created a collection of Advisors for each of the main software packages used by an Enterprise:

The advisors are capable of providing answers and resolutions to problems related each of the main software applications. Employees can help themselves, so that you don't have to. We can also build custom Advisors within four to six weeks.

Audience: Internal - company employees

Process: You sign up for one or multiple advisors. We provide you with URLs that point to the advisors. You place the URL on your Intranet. Because we host the solution for you (we are an ASP) no IT resources are required.
