NoHold Releases Instant Support™ Version
4.0 with new EAI enhancements, new on-line forms, and
over 100 new enhancements to existing components.

new enhancements in all Instant Support components and added on-line forms, maintenance
workflow, Connectors enabling technology.

noHold Instant Support™ 4.0. Among the more than 100 new enhancements
introduced in this release, it's worth noting the followings: New connectors can now be used to augment
Instant Support functionality to fully meet customer's
EAI business needs. Connectors can be developed and deployed
to integrate with enterprise search engines, perform real-time
lookups in CRM applications, etc. New On-line survey forms can now be used
to collect data from users before escalating an issue to
a support agent, or can be used for marketing polls, feedback
forms. Leveraging on the Dynamic Routing framework, adding
survey forms to a Virtual Agent is incredibly flexible
and easy. We have improved our patented DynamicDialog™ technology,
Natural Language Processor and Inferential Engine capabilities
to handle more complex user interactions. We have improved our content maintenance
tools to allow our customers to define more granular and
efficient workflows resulting in efficient processing of
unanswered questions and escalated issues. Knowledge retrofitting
is much faster, i.e. Virtual Agents learn faster.
Pricing and Availability
noHold Instant Support version 4.0 is available immediately. Pricing is based
on a flat-rate annual licensing fee. A QuickStart version allows new customers
to try the solution for 60 days before committing to the regular contract.
All current noHold customers have been upgraded automatically to Version 4.0,
including Extreme Networks, Wyse Technologies, Aspect Communications, Logitech,
