extends noHold contract to an International capacity based
on high solution rates and scalability.

iriver, leading company in the digital entertainment industry,
has extended its contract to an International capacity.
iriver, established under ReignCom Limited, is an international
company with branch offices in Asia, Europe and America. In
January, iriver America became a satisfied customer with average
solutions rates reaching 70% and higher using the InstantSupport
solution. According to the agreement signed by the two companies,
noHold will implement five single-byte languages across four
product lines. noHold’s implementation has contributed
in identifying new product feature opportunities for iriver,
helping the product development team to focus on key areas
of end user’s interest. The launch of SalesAdvisor in
July is also helping iriver America leverage on cross-selling
opportunities while providing an invaluable service to its
customers. noHold aims to extend the same high level of customer
satisfaction to iriver International customers.
