PeopleSoft
Inc. Sr. Executive, David Hare, joins noHold board along
with Director/Investor, David A. Norman.

today, has acquired two new Board members.
David Hare,
Vice President of Support Services for PeopleSoft, Inc., along
with David A. Norman, Director and Private Investor.
David
Hare
is a 30-year veteran in the High Tech Services Industry. He
has extensive experience in designing and optimizing all facets
of international service organizations and has grown highly
profitable service operations with industry leading customer
satisfaction. Prior to PeopleSoft, David provided executive
leadership in Customer Support, Consulting and Education, at
Redback Networks and Aspect Communication. As Vice President
and Chief Operation Officer at Baan, residing in the
Netherlands, David developed the processes and methodology for
creating highly effective multi-lingual support centers. David
is a frequent speaker at industry conferences focusing his
discussions on topics such as "How
To Do More with Less", "Best
Practices in Acquisition Integration for Technical Support", "Can
You Outsource Complex Support?" Dave
is also an active member in the SSPA (Services & Support
Professionals Association), HDI (Help Desk Institute) and
AFSMI (The Association for Services Management International).
David A. Norman
served as Chairman and director of NetRatings, Inc. from November
1997 to April 2002. Mr. Norman was the founder, President
and Chief Executive Officer of Businessland, Inc., a computer
reseller that grew in six years to over $1 billion in revenues.
Computer Retail News named him as one of the industry's top
executives for eight consecutive years. Mr. Norman also
founded Dataquest, a high technology market research company
that was acquired by A.C. Nielsen where Mr. Norman was a Director
for a number of years. Mr. Norman was a Naval carrier
pilot. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from
the University of Minnesota and a M.S. degree in Industrial
Engineering from Stanford University.
