forward and backward chaining algorithms that work well in any
narrow or wide knowledge domain. When users describe a problem, and
depending on the level of details provided, DynamicDialog
forward and backward chaining algorithms allow the Virtual
Agent to traverse the diagnostic tree down and up and ask
users the most relevant questions for the level of details
provided. Then the Virtual Agent uses the inferential engine
