You Don't Have to be a Ph.D. in
Artificial Intelligence to use InstantSupport
noHold InstantSupport is based on a few key
components:

Knowledge
Portal: It is the customer facing application that enables
end users to ask questions or describe problems in plain
English. However, the flexible User Interface (UI)
empowers anybody to interact with the system as they
prefer, via keywords or simply by clicking on available
options if they prefer.

Instant Metrics:
It is designed to provide statistics about the usage of
the system. At any time of day or night a manager
can query the system to find out how many sessions took
place, what kind of question were asked and what problems
could not be resolved, so that the system can take
appropriate action.

Instant Editor:
The authoring tool that empowers administrators and
Subject Matter Experts (SME) to add knowledge into the
system. Issues can be described as simple questions
and answers pairs, or as problems with symptoms,
differentiators and solutions. You don't have to be a
programmer to use InstantSupport. To be certified it takes
approximately two sessions of three hours each.

Instant Setup:
The configuration tool. It enables an administrator to
change colors, logos, even the style of the conversation
via a simple point and click interface. The Natural
Language Processor (NLP) is language independent and
language selection and setup is done via Instant Setup.
All components are
Web applications tightly integrated together to provide access
from any IP connected computer. All you need is a
browser and access to the Web, no downloads or plug-ins are
necessary. |
