Diego Ventura
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
When he founded noHold in 1999, Diego envisioned
a company that would create a fundamental shift in the way businesses interact
with their customers on the Web. Today, those companies can use noHold
Instant Support for significant reductions in technical and customer support
costs while developing stronger customer loyalty. In essence, it’s a “one-two” punch
affecting the bottom line.
Before founding noHold, Diego was CEO of Stefra Corporation, developing video
mail and video conferencing software. He also spent six years as vice president
of engineering at IPT, a Palo Alto-based company specializing in custom design
engineering.
Diego holds a BS in computer science from the University of Maryland. Felice Curcelli
Vice President of Engineering
Felice Curcelli joined noHold in March of 2001 to lead noHold's Engineering
and IT teams. At the helm of the Engineering, QA, Product management, and IT
departments, Felice transformed a great vision into a highly scalable enterprise
software solution. He has a talent for analyzing and solving technical problems,
while never loosing focus on strategy and vision. He brings more than 20 years
in the software industry, having held positions in software engineering, product
and project management, marketing, professional services, and IT management
consulting. He was Director of Project Management for Healtheon/WebMD before
joining noHold. His career includes a variety of technology-based
management positions with Lotus, Santa Cruz Operation, Ridge,
Zilog, and Olivetti. Felice also spent four years as a consultant,
helping companies automate their business operations by adopting
groupware and intranet-based solutions.
He holds a Master of Science degree in computer science, summa cum laude, from
the
University of Bari, Italy. Mike Savage
VP of Professional Services
Mike joined noHold in March 2001 as
Professional Services Project Manager. In January 2003 his
role was expanded to Practice Manager as responsibilities
included sales and partner training. In March 2004, he joined
the Executive team as Director and in February 2005 was promoted
to Vice President of Professional Services. He
has over 14 years experience in the software industry, having held positions
in sales, support, product and project management.
Prior to joining noHold, Mike held Sales and Professional Services Management
positions with E.piphany, Remedy, Attachmate, Computer Associates, and Symantec.
In all organizations he has played a leading role in developing the company's
customer base as well as designing and executing world-class service organizations.
Savage holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from
Holy Cross. Ramnik Gohel
Financial Controller
Ramnik began his career at noHold
as a Senior Accountant. He was promoted to Accounting Manager,
and in August 2004, Gohel joined the Executive team
to fulfill his current position as Financial Controller. He brings over 40 year
of experience in Accounting and Finance functions in Mining, Manufacturing, Resale
of Hardware and Software Industry, as well as continuous demonstration of thorough,
accurate, and dependable skills.
Prior to joining noHold, Inc. in May
of 2001, he held the position of Financial Controller With I/O Sales, and
as an Accountant with the American Red Cross. Before joining the American
Red Cross, and for a period of 24 years, Gohel held various positions at
the Zambian Consolidated Copper Mines Limited where he developed & trained employees in Accounting and Finance during the
peak of their Independence. Ramnik was also engaged as an Internal Auditor
in England, and Chief Accountant for Millstores Manufacturing & Trading
Co., Bombay.
Ramink is a Fellow member of The
Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, England, and holds a Bachelor
in Commerce in Advanced Accounting and Auditing from Bombay University.

Andrew
Waitman
Managing Partner
Andrew Waitman joined Celtic House as a general partner
in 1996, after a varied career in several technical and financial
fields. He was a member of Nortel's scientific staff, responsible
for designing and developing telephony software systems.
He then moved to Citibank Canada, structuring interest rates,
currency and equity derivatives for corporate clients. After
that, he was a senior technology analyst for Toronto-based
brokerage Eagle & Partners (now Dundee Securities), covering
the Canadian high-technology industry. He brought all his
professional strengths to Celtic House, where he became managing
partner in 2000.
A sought-after keynote speaker, Andrew has presented to
such organizations as the Canadian Venture Capital Association
and Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovation. He has guest-lectured
for the MBA programs at Queen's University, the Richard Ivey
School of Business at the University of Western Ontario,
and the University of Ottawa. He taught a course on venture
capital at the Queen's School of Business in 2002, for its
Science and Technology MBA. Andrew is frequently quoted in
the media, and sits on the business-case review board of
the National Post Business Magazine. He was invited to give
his insights on the subject of recruiting leadership talent
to the Heidrick & Struggles Leadership publication. (This
was later presented to delegates at the World Economic Forum
meeting in Davos, Switzerland.)
Andrew sits on the boards of several technology start-up companies across North
America, including Diablo Technologies, Fidus Systems, Got Corporation, noHold, Third
Brigade and TrialStat!. His past board history includes successful companies such as Abatis
Systems, Avesta Technologies, FastLane Technologies, OctigaBay Systems, OLAP@Work,
Orchestream, PixStream and Sandvine. He advises Genesys Capital and Latitude Partners;
and has also served on the boards of Ardesic, BlueArc, Castleton Network Systems,
Ironbridge Networks, StoryMail and Ubiquity Software.
Andrew Waitman holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering
from the University of Waterloo, and an MBA with distinction from the Richard
Ivey School of Business. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst, and a member
of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario.
Enzo
Torresi
Director
Enzo Torresi, founding partner of EuroFund, has founded five other companies
and specializes in fast growth, high-tech ventures. Most recently, he was the
cofounder, chairman, and CEO of ICAST, a software company specializing in broadcasting
solutions for the Internet. He was also an Entrepreneur in Residence at Accel
Partners.
Enzo has co-founded and held executive positions at many technology companies,
including Power Computing Corp., NetFRAME Systems, and Businessland (now Entex
Systems). He also held management positions at Olivetti and at the Advanced
Technology Center, and he serves on the boards of numerous tech companies.
Enzo Torresi is a venture partner with European incubator MyQube, based in
Milan Italy. He holds a PhD in electronics engineering from the Polytechnic
Institute in Turin, Italy.
David A. Norman
Director
David A. Norman served as Chairman and director of NetRatings, Inc. from November
1997 to April 2002. Mr. Norman was the founder, President and Chief Executive
Officer of Businessland, Inc., a computer reseller that grew in six years to
over $1 billion in revenues. Computer Retail News named him as one of the industry's
top executives for eight consecutive years. Mr. Norman also founded Dataquest,
a high technology market research company that was acquired by A.C. Nielsen
where Mr. Norman was a Director for a number of years. Mr. Norman was a Naval
carrier pilot. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University
of Minnesota and a M.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
David Hare
Director
David Hare, Group Vice President of Support Services
is responsible for PeopleSoft’s
worldwide customer support services. A thought leader in service delivery
excellence, Hare leads a world-class service delivery organization of more
than 1200 people. Under his leadership, PeopleSoft’s Global Support
Center operations in North America and Europe have achieved Support Center
Practices (SCP) certification. In addition to Support Services, Hare
manages the Customer Care Business Help Desk, Customer Loyalty, and Service
Planning and Readiness organization. Hare is also the maintenance value
advisor for the PeopleSoft International Customer Advisory Board (ICAB).
A veteran in the high-technology services industry, Hare brings more than
30 years of service and support experience to PeopleSoft. Previously, Hare
held executive management positions at Redback Networks, Aspect Communications,
and Baan where he led the worldwide support organization. Hare began
his career at DEC and has had increasing management responsibilities during
his 16 years. Hare has a proven track record of success in building and
designing world-class service delivery organizations. From service
strategy to international and offshore operations, Hare has grown highly
profitable service operations with leading industry customer satisfaction.
Hare
serves on the board of directors of noHold and Alliance of Technology and
Women (ATW). Hare also serves on the board of advisors of Service
and Support Professionals Association (SSPA) and San Jose State University
(SJSU). Hare is a frequent speaker at industry conferences including
Service and Support Professionals Association, Help Desk Institute (HDI),
